핏걸즈스튜디오FAQ Reservation Information Filming Guide Q. How do I make a reservation? A. Please apply through Naver Reservation or write the information below and contact us through KakaoTalk channel @Fitgirls. If you apply for a reservation through Naver, we will check in real time and provide you with the deposit account number. [Please fill out the items below before making a reservation!!] 1. Name: 2. Contact: 3. Desired date and time: 4. Number of shooting concepts Q. How do I cancel a reservation? A. If you cancel 50 days prior to the shooting date, you can receive a 100% refund of the deposit. If you cancel within 49 days of the shooting date or on the day of the shoot, the deposit of 90,000 won will be applied as a cancellation penalty and will not be refunded. You can cancel your reservation by contacting the KakaoTalk channel @Fitgirls. * According to the Korean Consumer Dispute Resolution Standards, if a refund is requested before filming due to a change of mind on the part of the consumer, a minimum penalty of 10% will be charged, but if there are any other special conditions, those will apply. For Fit Girls Studio/Sunday Morning Studio, cancellation/refund will be processed as above, so please make sure to check this. If a reservation is made on Naver, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. If you cancel more than twice, filming may not proceed. Please note that the deposit cannot be refunded after 50 days from the shooting date, so please be careful when making your reservation. Q. How do I change my reservation? A. You can change the reservation date once, up to 50 days prior to the shooting date. You can change your reservation by contacting the KakaoTalk channel @Fitgirls . All photoshoot reservation changes can only be made up to 50 days prior to the photoshoot date. Please note that changes cannot be made if you reserve a date within 50 days of the shooting date, so please make your reservation carefully. Full refunds are absolutely not possible, regardless of the reason. Q. How can I check my reservation details? A. You can check it in ‘Check my reservation’ on Naver Reservation ( https://booking.naver.com ). Q. When should I deposit the deposit? A. If the deposit is not remitted within 4 hours after the consultation, the reservation will be automatically cancelled. Reservations can only be made when the desired date is available on the Naver reservation site. If this is not possible, you can make a reservation for a new schedule. Q. What should I do if the depositor's name and the reservation name are different? A. If the depositor's name is not changed to someone else's or if the date of filming is not included, If you tell us the deposit date and depositor's name on the KakaoTalk channel @Fitgirls, we will help you confirm your reservation. Also, if the name and contact information on Naver are different from the actual photographer's information, you must notify us through Kakao Channel. Please note that the filming proceeds smoothly. Q. Is it possible to make a standby reservation on a day when reservations are closed? A. Reservations for Fit Girls Studio/Sunday Morning Studio can only be made through the Naver reservation system. We are not accepting standby reservations. Because many people use it and reservations change frequently, we cannot check and contact you individually. Please refer to Naver Reservation for available dates and times for photoshoot reservations. Q. Can I change my reservation on the same day? What happens if I am late? A. Same-day time and date changes are not possible. No refunds for late arrivals. If you are even 1 minute late, your photoshoot will be automatically canceled as it may interfere with the photoshoot of the next guest who has a reservation. If you are unavoidably late, please contact the studio in advance. (No full refund / No hourly % applicable) Q. How do I make a hair/makeup reservation? A For hair/makeup inquiries and reservations, please contact the affiliated hair/makeup company directly to receive accurate guidance. Business trip hair/hair and makeup services are not available.
